Republishing Guidelines

Thank you for your interest in sharing our content! At Baltic Business Bridge, our mission is to foster knowledge exchange and highlight expert insights. We welcome republishing of our articles under the following conditions:


1. Full and Accurate Attribution

Author Credit: Always include the author’s full name and institutional affiliation (e.g., “Assistant Professor at Vilnius University Business School,” “Research Fellow at Lancaster University Management School,” etc.).
Platform Reference: Clearly state that the article was originally published on Baltic Business Bridge.
Hyperlink: Provide a direct, clickable link back to the original article on BalticBusiness.org. For example: “This article was originally published by Baltic Business Bridge and written by [Author Name, Institution].”

2. Preserve the Original Content

No Alterations: Please publish the article in full without omitting paragraphs or changing its meaning.
Minor Edits: You may make minor edits (e.g., to spelling or grammar) if absolutely necessary, as long as they do not affect the context, tone, or arguments presented by the author.
Headlines and Subheadings: If you must edit headlines or subheadings for layout purposes, please preserve the article’s core intent.

3. Respect Copyright and Visual Assets

Images and Graphics: If the original article contains images, infographics, or charts, include them only if you can maintain the original captions and credit lines. Contact us if you need additional permissions for certain media assets.
Proprietary Data: If the article includes proprietary data or references to external studies, maintain those references and do not remove any existing citations.

4. Notification and Courtesy Copy

Notification: While not strictly required, we appreciate a heads-up if you plan to republish our articles. Feel free to email us at [authors@vm.vu.lt].
Courtesy Copy: Please send us a link or PDF once the article is live. We love seeing how our content is helping other communities grow and learn.

5. Violations and Takedown

Monitoring: Baltic Business Bridge occasionally monitors where our content is republished.
Takedown Requests: We reserve the right to request removal of republished articles if these guidelines are not followed or if the content is presented in a misleading context.
